JENNY IBARRA
Medical Anthropology Major and Biology, Chemistry Minors
President
Jenny is a sophomore anthropology student who grew up in Miami, Florida. Outside of ASA and Lambda Alpha, she is a member of Phi Mu Fraternity and a general body member of SpartanTHON. She plans to successfully complete a Masters in Medical Anthropology during her fourth year at Case through the Integrated Graduate Studies Program, and then going on to medical school. She hopes to practice medicine and applied medical anthropology in her future to assist her peers and provide quality care to her future patients.

SRUTHI MEKA
Medical Anthropology Major and Public Policy Minor
Vice President
Sruthi Meka is an undergraduate student studying medical anthropology and public policy. She is the medical screenings committee chair for Advocates for Cleveland Health and she writes regularly for The Observer, contributing articles about research on campus. Sruthi also assists with research at the Dittrick Museum of Medical History, where she is in the process of developing an exhibit about the history of tuberculosis. She hopes to pursue graduate education in bioethics and contribute to the international dialogue on healthcare.

SAAGAR PAMULAPATI

Saagar is in his fourth year at Case Western Reserve University. He grew up in Wisconsin and now resides in a suburb of Chicago. He is completing a Masters in Bioethics this year and hopes to attend medical school soon after. Apart from Lambda Alpha and ASA, Saagar volunteers at the PRIDE Program at University Hospitals and researches correlations between sleep disorders and risk of heart disease. He visited Honduras last summer and hopes to travel to other countries as well to broaden his perspective on health and medicine.

Chakira is the President of WISER, a member of Alpha Chi Omega, a Civic Engagement Scholar, and a CCEL Serves Leader. When not participating in these activities, she enjoys reading, watching Netflix, and spending time with her friends.
